Gotta love Rottenella. She's not bad, she was just built that way.
Drawn in pensil on a sketchpad and then outlined and coloured in PSP. This time I remembered to do the pattern on her skirts and the stars on her leotard. Which reminds me, I should really add those details onto my last arts of her.
